For all of those who have not joined facebook and are not going to, so far we have discussed, dates and activities. Dates discussed were aug 1 - 3, june/ july. xmas. new years. Thus far most people have voted on aug 1 - 3.
Activities proposed have been
1. The way I saw it, we do an individual class event on the 1st. Each class would have their own sub committee and decide on their own activity for the Friday. We'd get together as a batch on the Saturday and do either a party or a ball...some night event. And on the Sunday we do a little mini sports day and BBQ at Campion. Pagoda, 6 a side, netball, novelty races...that kinda stuff.

2. 1 day of activites ending in a ball of sorts?

3. a 1 night event?

4. any other ideas?

Now about the payment for all these lovely ideas. How about we do this, there were 7 classes, let us use our 3rd form classes, or if you prefer our 5th form classes and each class choose a treasurer. This treasurer will be paid dues or whatever you want to call it. Said treasurer will be responsible for collecting ( not run down people , give willingly) funds and depositing into an account. This account will have to be opened by 1 of the treasurers who we can all decide upon. Please let me know about which classes we want to use and who the treasurer form each group is. Should anyone have any alternate ideas that would be great. Thanks much.
